Memo to Penn State fans: I'm sorry
So there isn't much to do in Lowville, N.Y., once you've seen the giant cow and driven to the nearby town of Crogan to sample the Crogan Bologna.
So I did something I almost never do: I watched an entire college football game.
I remembered something a rabid Penn State fan colleague of mine had said to me a while back, that he was worried about the Iowa game. So I had a rooting interest going in.
Penn State lost to Iowa. National title hopes? Yeah, in the crapper.
