Chris Botta calls us 'punks,' TFS yawns

From Baumbach:

Just noticed that Chris Botta, in his latest team-sponsored blog post, referred to us as "punks" for having a laugh about his suggestion that the Isles could make the playoffs. But he's wrong to mention our "giggle" in the past tense, because I'm still laughing...

Truth is, though, Botta has done fine work regarding the state of the Lighthouse Project, recently speaking with NHL commish Gary Bettman and Nassau County exec Tom Suozzi. As you may have noticed, I weighed in on the issue last weekend by imploring Isles owner Charles Wang to start throwing around his weight to get this going again.

I've been on vacation since then, but I'm real interested in this topic and plan to pursue it when I return. On this topic I agree with Botta: the Lighthouse Project must start making public steps forward soon. I hope to do my small part to get some answers.
