Heath Shuler votes "no" on bailout after Jack Kemp calls for support
Don't you hate it when former quarterbacks disagree over public policy?

By the way, Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Kentucky) also voted no. Here's an interesting piece on Bunning from back in April when he was the only senator to vote against a different bailout.
