I asked myself this question because of two reasons.
1. Ken Davidoff mentioned it at the bottom of his column.
2. I read the list of players coming back for the final Old-Timers day at Yankee Stadium and thought it's a shame Bernie isn't there.
Bernie, as everyone knows, is a very sensitive man. But enough's enough. Someone call Suzyn Waldman to broker a Bernie-Yankee truce ala George and Yogi.
