Instant Subway Series analysis
METS: All is well. They are a really good team, a really close team, a really together team. Good starting pitching, excellent relief pitching, clutch hitting, power. Good defense. Skilled management.
YANKEES: All is not well. Their starting pitching is mediocre. The bullpen is terrible. Edwar Ramirez is their only reliable reliever. Joba Chamberlain is overrated. Joe Girardi is overmatched. Derek Jeter would rather be thrown out at second base than risk getting his pretty face hurt. Shelley Duncan is not a major league hitter.

Here's a comment about this instant analysis that is so precious I had to move it up. It's almost as good as the one from the guy who corrected me when I said the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor. In many ways, this comment is why I went into blogging. If you can reach just one mind:
You must be a met fan you cant base how the mets are doing based on one well played ballgame inwhich the best pitcher in baseball was starting. Most of your posts are very outandish. For one, a really close/together team, did you not see what wagner said and that santana will only speak to latino media. On the other hand edwar is not there only reliable reliever, cmon joba overrated? not many pitchers can do what he does let alone toss 96 mph hes young you cant teach speed but can teach more approaches. The only truth in your post was that Shelley is not a major league hitter because face it, shane spencer did this for 2-3 months and where is he now. There's a reason he made his debut at 28. Thank you for your time I was offended by the previous post about not favoring teams but that was very contradictory.
