Babe Ruth or a car? It's your choice
I know, Baumbach's out to lunch for a week and you're already missing his eBay fix.
So, let me ask you a question: Would you rather own a Babe Ruth card or buy a new car?
Take a look at the five highest-priced active Ebay sports memorabilia listings that people have actually bid on:
1. A 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth Card. Three bids, $13,200. (Card pictured is not the one up for sale on eBay).
2. LA Laker 3-Peat Championship Ring (Men’s). 31 Bids. $9,911.11
3. 1911 Honus Wagner Baltimore News Newsboys Card. 36 Bids. $8,850.00
4. 1935 National Chicle Football Card Set (Nagurski). 28 Bids. $6,600.00
5. 1954 Topps Baseball Card Set (Aaron Rookie). 28 Bids. $6,550.00, but the reserve price has not been met yet.
Prices do not include shipping and handling.

No brainer. Who wouldn't take one of these over an SUV? In fact, you may need the card just to buy the gas to fill it up.
