Today's Yankees/Mets thought

YANKEES: I don't know why, but Derek Jeter has been very inaccurate with his throws to first in the first few games of the season. He's bounced a few and keeps making Giambi stretch like a rubber band up the first base line. Maybe he's just testing Giambi. Or maybe something physical is bothering him. I'll ask Jeter, but he's more likely to talk about the secrets of his personal life than his physical status.
METS: The Mets haven't played for two days, so I have no thoughts about them. How about a Knicks thought?
KNICKS: Donnie Walsh has one job. Get under the cap by 2010 and sign LeBron. That's it. LeBron wants to play in NYC in the worst way. Tank the next two seasons, Donnie, get the high draft picks and then get LeBron. The rest of it (Isiah, Marbury, Curry) doesn't matter.
