Paul Lo Duca on Mets: "I want them to lose every game."

I didn't think there would be any chance Paul Lo Duca would get cheered by Mets fans Tuesday night in his homecoming, if you want to call it that. (It was only two years...)

But Lo Duca clinched getting booed when he said this about the Mets over this weekend: "I want them to lose every game."

Here's the Washington Post story. Lo Duca speaks highly of Mets fans - "I owe a lot to them. I've said that from Day One, and that's not a cliche. The fans in New York were awesome to me. I have nothing bad to say about them at all. They stuck behind me."

But clearly he has a grudge against the Mets.

And let's not forget that little mention in the Mitchell Report, too...
