The Sean Avery episode reminded me of an "Odd Couple" episode in which Felix and Oscar are in a courtroom and Oscar is cross-examining Felix to prove he's annoying.
So Oscar asks Felix to state the specific grounds for his divorce, grounds that set a legal precedent in the state of New York.
Extra bonus Final Score points to whomever comes up with what the grounds were in the comments section.
I know Jim doesn't know it. He's probably never seen an episode of the Odd Couple. Or the Honeymooners. Remember when Ch. 11 would have the Odd Couple at 11 p.m. and the Honeymooners at 11:30? I know some of you do. Now my TV has 300 channels and none of them regularly show the Odd Couple. But I can get "Full House" whenever I want.

Hey, The Odd Couple has been BACK on Ch. 11 late at night since about a month ago, I think at like 1 a.m. It replaced Friends on the sked. The Jeffersons is on right after it. Strange scheduling call in this day and age. But you do have to stay up late to see it. I thought that's what TV Land was supposed to be all about. But alas.
I have never knowingly watched The Odd Couple of The Honeymooners.
Felix was found to be a PEST. As you wrote, it's now on the books of NY's Justice System that being a pest of Felix' magnitude is grounds for divorce.
Wasn't it pestiness?
Thanks to your "Best" buddy for sending me over.
We have a winner!
Rich, sorry, but like Alex Trebeck I cannot except partial answers.
The answer is "pestiness"
Congrats, Eric. Walk around with pride today.
