Dwyane Wade is being sued -- not for putting the "y" and "a" in the wrong order in his name, but rather over accusations that he failed to live up to his advertising and promotional promises for a failed restaurant chain bearing his name.
I have no comment on this, other than it appears D-Wade is handling his business in this photo and I am glad I did not open any restaurants this year.
