Cano to stay in six-spot
Joe Girardi said today he expects Robinson Cano to continue batting sixth, and eventually to bat higher in the lineup. Cano said he never thinks about where he hits in the lineup, but that moving up tells him the manager has confidence in him, and that's a good thing of course.
No batting practice outside, and I think there's a little cabin fever going on with the players, who are ready for some games to happen. Luckily, prospects look good for getting in a game tonight.
