Gotta give credit to the fans who stuck it out. I know I wouldn't!

4 hour rain delay. Should be an interesting game.

The Tiger organization should be ashamed of themselves. Starting a game at 1100 oclock with a MLB curfew of what 100 oclock. So they will play maybe 5 innings then suspend game, not have to give fans a raincheck and not ruin the big crowds the rest of the weekend. Weak, good going MLB, way to treat your customers and I'm not even a Yankee fan.

Kat your a godsend!!

Thank you for not leaving my fantasy team in the lurch lol

Better not go extra innings. I'll be eating my Cocoa Pebbles as I nervously watch Sean Henn try and navigate the 15th inning.

Keith your a toolbox

Is the 1:00 curfew still in effect? Does anybody know? I thought that was abolished several years ago. If not, than an 11:00 start is pretty stupid, the most they would get in is 6 or 7 innings...

Yankee game got suspended earlier this year in Baltimore.

It was because the torrential rain that night not the time toolbag

I think its raining in detroit Mark you dreamboat.

The Tigers have got to be kidding me.
No one could do a doubleheader Saturday or Sunday?
I hear downtown Detroit is beautiful at night these days - especially at 2am.
Are they that desperate in Detroit to NOT issue rain checks?

If you check your radar big boy there is more coming. You sound angry you should get anger management help.

Final- RS-10, WS-1. 6 games back Bombers.

keith you are seriously a huge loser guy

I'm sorry guys. I was wrong about the 1am curfew. I'm often ill informed and wishful when it comes to the Yankees.

Again I apologize.

Clemens (45 years old)
vs.
Miller (22 years old)

Miller just got out of college, this is like happy hour to him. Clemens normally has his kids tucked in by now.

Last post not me. Hey mark Mike Kay and Al Leiter agreed with me about the rain delay and MLB. I guess they are "toolbags & toolboxes". I stan corrected there is no curfew. Kay says the umps decide the start of game. I think he's wrong. The home team decides the start of the game and once the game starts the umps take control. But he's a toolbag like me so.....

Yanks have problems against lefties. The uninformed toolbox

14-18 to be exact.
The toolbox (uninformed about Yankees)

On Yahoo! Sports MLB Rumors there are 333 posts on Mussina vs. Kennedy

It is 1015 pm on Friday night in St. Louis ... how can I go to sleep now? The game starts at 11 pm?

What is this, the Field of Dreams?

Sheesh!

I'll be up till 6 am like when I was a kid watching the Mets play those 90 extra innings games.

I would be going to the bus stop at 6 am and Ralf Kiner would be like "And then in the 91st inning, Don Hahn made an error ..."

Hey here's a thought, if the Yankees had those four games they would be 2 games back. Just another thought from the uniformed toolbox like Kay & Leiter. Opps got thrown out at third, not good base running.Cant make 2 or 3rd out at third. but I'm uninformed. Been listening to John Sterling aka Harry Moskiewitz. ( So bad at calling baseball games he had to change his name)

2-0 Tigers. Oh that base running mistake by Milky hurts.

somebody needs a nap

Ya like that MVP BITCH!!!

WAIVE SEAN HENN!!!!!! He is horrible. You can't count on him pitching a clean inning. In the heat of a pennant race I don't want to see this idiot in the game. Bring up anybody but Igawa and he will be better than Henn. Wake Up Cashman & Torre

Mary Ann

Every pitcher on the team cant be an all-star, even with a 200 million dollar payroll. There realy isnt anything better down in the minors and on a night that the Yankee bullpen was lights out for most of the game there isnt much room for critisism.

This may be the first game that the "Joba rules" hurt the team as an extra inning from him could have meant a victory.
