Finally Joe Buck says something I can agree with - what an effort by Papelbon. Four outs, three K's, a million interruptions including a two-hour rain delay. Kevin Kennedy says Paps will be unavailable tomorrow, and he's probably right,
But that's OK - Phil Hughes has been struggling a bit (lefties are hitting .357 against him over two starts). Look for the Sox to bring a lefty-heavy line-up featuring Ellsbury at the top and maybe Drew in the 5-hole. Maybe a couple gopher balls by Hughes is just what Ortiz needs to get going.
Two predictions: Dice is on point tomorrow, and Bronx Boys LaMonica and Fernandez are sporting some unfamiliar headwear on Monday. I'm thinking blowout.
