Alou on the DL (again); Cancel recalled
Robinson Cancel is back up with the Mets and Moises Alou is back on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left calf. Its not retroactive because Cancel was recalled within a 10 day period.

Dave , what will it take for the team to cut Alou lose? How much longer can they waste a roster spot on him?
Frank, a boat and banana plantation should do it.
I guess we should Cancel cancel, but instead they're sending down Fire Omar's favorite player Chris "Dora the Explora" Aguila and activating Trot Nixon. Too bad for the Mets, not even Tricky Dicky Nixon could save this season.
