This is where Castro should be starting. Lannan is tough on lefties (hell, he was tough on everyone last time we faced him), John Maine doesn't need Schneider's coddling through the start. Save Schneider so that he is definitely back there for all of Santana, Pelfrey and Perez's starts, then mix and match based on pitching matchups. Castro crushes junk-balling lefties. Free Ramon!
