Not sure if this counts as an injury update, but Carlos Delgado is spending the day by the pool.
The hydrotherapy pool, that is, the one the Mets have housed in their minor-league complex. Delgado, of course, is nursing a right hip impingement and must wait for the soreness from Saturday's injection to subside. Guess the glorified jacuzzi should help.
