Tour Long Island's 'green' homes this weekend

Visit 75 open houses on Long Island to find out how you can save energy in your home or commercial building, cut your electric and heating bills, shrink your carbon footprint, find green building professionals and solar contractors and get LIPA rebates and tax credits at RELI's Fifth Annual Solar Tour and Green Buildings Open House 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The self-guided open house tour is free but you must register online here to receive a visitor's pass and open house locations.
