Adrienne Vittadini lowers price of Water Mill home
Designer Adrienne Vittadini, whose 1.9-acre Water Mill estate went on the market last year for $7.6 million, has trimmed the asking price for the Cobb Road estate to $6.495 million.
The home has five bedrooms, five baths, a media room and a heated gunite pool and a pool house surrounded by limestone patios. The listing agent is Deborah Srb of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Vittadini and her husband, Gianluigi, are based in Manhattan and also own a condo at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. The couple have purchased and renovated homes in the Hamptons, Florida and Europe.
