Publisher Richard Ekstract has lowered the asking price of his eight-bedroom Bridgehampton home to $15 million. It had been listed for $18 million. The 7,500-square-foot home had been the 2005 Hamptons Cottages and Gardens Idea House. It was designed by San Francisco, Calif., architect Hugh Huddleson, East Hampton designer Robert Stilin and landscape stylist Mario Nievaro. The house is on 3.7 acres. The listing agent is Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group.
