Town & Country Real Estate has the listing for a Wainscott house with what's said to be the longest lap pool in the Hamptons -- 75 feet, with lanes. The four-bedroom, four-bath traditional is available in July for $45,000, in August for $55,000, or for both months for $95,000.
This is just one of the summer listings just released in the East End agency's new first-ever so-called "e-rental guide" out this week "to minimize on all the print material pumped out by companies today."
Among the 50 pages of listings is one for an eight-bedroom, 8.5-bath Water Mill house with a pool, a tennis court, a separate six-bedroom quarters for staff -- and a golf court that renters can use to get to the property's private beach. The Memorial Day-to-Labor Day rental is available for $400,000.
