The Corcoran Group’s Susan Breitenbach has been recognized by the firm as top East End sales agent by sales volume for 2007. Breitenbach, a name familiar to anyone who knows anything about Hamptons real estate, is the listing agent for the 60-acre, $75 million Three Ponds Farm, and Christie Brinkley’s $30 million Tower Hill estate, both in Bridgehampton. The announcement was made yesterday at Corcoran’s annual holiday party and awards ceremony at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton.
Top exclusive listing agent honors went to Gary DePersia of the East Hampton office.
Breitenbach and DePersia were also listed among a select group of brokers, including Bonny Aarons, Linda Haugevik, and the team of Cliffeton Green and Drew Green, with over $50 million in sales volume.
