Next time you breakdown and see that redneck in the pickup drive by you and your fancy car sitting in the hot summer sun, I hope its me, so I can see your smug face as I drive by! You sir have lost complete touch with reality. Let’s see how much you cry if we have gas shortages as we did in the past. Between all the bad loans given in the housing market and the increased demand for oil from newly developing nations we are looking at hard times to come. To try to blame this all on any one person is just ridiculous and narrow minded. Also, where are you going to get your supplies and food if the factories and groceries are closed. I really don't see you getting your nails dirty in the garden.
As a nation we all need to economize. Detroit and the car industry need to come up with cars that run on other fuels. Now, not later! In the mean time we need to look at alternative sources for power. Most homes could run off solar cells, solar water heaters and wind power. The fact is that sooner or later the oil will be gone! We need to face this fact and realize that we need to come up with renewable sources for power.
While doing this we must keep in mind that we are poisoning the world, our homes, the water and air. This must stop! All your money and fancy belongings are not going to mean squat if you don't have good air, water and food!
Oh and Oliver, not all rednecks as you call us are dumb and poor. I have 3 college degrees and own 2 homes in Central Florida, one of them on 3 acres. I also have a high tech job working on flight simulators that you, my arrogant friend, are not even qualified to do! Just because we prefer to live the country life doesn't make you any better.

It shan't be a problem if my vehicle breaks down I will just call some redneck AAA service (afterall, rednecks are our are modern day indentured servants). And, besides the likelihood of one of my automobiles breaking down is very slim. Incidentally, where did you obtain your college degrees? I imagine from your local community college - most impressive - what do you call them in America - oh yes, associate's degrees (the technician level). And, it took three degrees to get your mediocre technician job on flight simulators. Actually, that fact alone is quite scary. If you were a real technical person you would have gone to a real school like MIT or Stanford. I could list British and German schools, but a redneck such as yourself would not recognize the names such as Cambridge or the Max Planck Institute, respectively. You see I have dual higher level training - one in science (the American equivalent of a PhD) and one in economics (the American equivalent of a masters). And, yes I do come from money and I do and will most assuredly look down upon you. Finally, to conclude: President Bush is an excellent president. I am truly enjoying the high price of petrol and America's whining response to it, most particularly yours Scarecrow.

Hey you fuckwad Rednecks and Hillbillies, empty those fucking wallets at the gas pump like a good little fuck-tards. I am so glad that you fuckers drive Hillbilly vehicles that get shitty gas mileage. That's 'cause you is stupid (bad grammar on purpose because I know that's what you understand). Why must you trash the very people and country and allows you the right of freedom. What are you so angry about that you must feel the urged to attack the people of the country that you seem to like to be living in. If there is one thing that you may have not yet learned while visiting our country, is the simple fact that we are very proud of our country. While I must say that many Americans can represent their country with pride and honor, you my foreign visitor are not representing yourself or your country. Keep in mind, work visa's do expire, visitors do go home, and one day you may not be crusing around our streets, shopping in our stores, or even do i dare say, taking advantage of all of our freedoms, that we enjoy each day. I dare ask you, if you think that we Americans are so dumb, why are you here in the first place? Why aren't you in your own country boasting your success? Because here my vista toting friend, in America, our success is not labelled in material items, money or even what we do for a living. At the end of the day "The American" success is family, friends and freedom. Something to which you seem to be yearning for and will only experience briefly, while we AMERICANS get to enjoy daily. So enjoy your brief stay here and always remember where you came from because I am sure you will be going back home soon.
