Annimation was great. Had me laughing out loud.

where is Ron Paul ?????????????

wmjfjfnrjfnfjfnfjgfnfj

Hahahahaha to the video.

To answer Anonymous:
Ron Paul is busy trying to put our Constitution back together, yeah..the same one Pres. Bush(whack) tore up right in front of us while we quietly stood by and watched. Shame on us. Go Ron Paul!

Glad they didn't do Ron Paul, he's so irrelevant.

Ron Paul has some great points on our military involvement in Iraq, but he's a cartoon on every other point. What am I saying? All the #@!$#!! candidates are cartoons at this point.

You're right, Under Man... Ron Paul is irrelevant. However, the scary part is all of the brain-washed loonies that worship him... God help us and pray for those who believe in Paul!

So pathetic is the state of our awareness as citizens that we call the only candidate that thinks we should operate in accord with our constitution "irrelevant." We are a nation of dumbed down blobs who deserve what we get.

Hey, What's a Constitution -

Nobody deserves what you got, politically. (Posted from Britain whose recently-retired Prime Minister Tony Blair, aka Bush's Poodle, has surreptitiously dismantled many of our freedoms. Remember Habeas Corpus? - well, forget it.)

Ron Paul is the only candidate that makes any sense . At the very least you know he's NOT LIEING ..............

Ron Paul is a democrat. Will someone show him the correct debate setting.

Go Ron Paul....

All the candidates are just political HACKS that should be booted into the Potamac river. They are all lawyers and Senators and Congressmen. America is doomed to have to live in this corrupt and evil empire brought about by these corrupt politicians. What do you morons expect when we have allowed the ACLU to kick God out of everything?. Wake up America, our greatness has been a gift from God not from politicians and snake charmers. We are now reaping what we have sowed and allowed to be sown.

Ron Paul wants us out of Iraq, but also wants to get rid of Social Security and Medicare. What other programs designed to help the people will he want to get rid of? Read up on people before you worship them!

Excellent! I'm a strong supporter of one of these candidates and I thought it was really funny, so I'd say it's not offensive to anyone.

My VERY FAVORITE is Bush. THANK YOU.

And, imo, this post is sick:
"All the candidates are just political HACKS that should be booted into the Potamac river."
"Wake up America, our greatness has been a gift from God..."

You think God wants us to drown other human beings because of their political views? Whew.
I guess you think Jesus taught you to fear, not love also.
And I bet you think that Jesus preached that you should hate your enemies instead of that you should love your enemies, huh?
No faith.

The reason we have such a glorious slate of candidates is because only about 20% of the population is smart enough to vote, the other 80% will follow the best pied piper.
(Good job Walt)

I'm wondering the same thing.... Where is Ron Paul? He's so cute and honest, I'm sure there are tons of funny things you could say about him and his constitutional views. Okay, we'll be waiting to see it... and please be gentle! ;-)

The only menace the repuglicons face is named Dennis K.

Ask why Nancy P. says "there's no interest in impeachment", who exactly does she speak for?

http://boskolives.wordpress.com/

Don't we have another ronnie r out there?

Yeah, I'd like to see a video of Jim Jones...er...I mean Ron Paul, too!

Unfortunately, we DO get what we deserve when it comes to the political forum... As a nation, we need to learn that if don't like any of the candidates (rep./ dem.) currently running for president - it's our own fault for not getting involved in the 'process' at the 'grass root level' None of the current candidates got to this level overnight. The time to weed out the corrupt, the incompetent, the ridiculous, the downright stupid begins at the local level. When they strive to be councilman, supervisor, mayor, govenor, or other 'voted' position: - that's when WE (the 'citizens') need to say 'NO!".. However, if you think a 20% turnout for a presidential election was low - try less than 10% for some local elections. "We have met the enemy - and he is us....!!!"

Your humor is great but mis-applied.
Queen stalemate Pelosi is missing in action and
where is Dirty Harry the traitor.

Sub Guy, you are evidently trying to equate the followers of Ron Paul to that of Jim Jones, that is quite a leap in comparisons. Ron Paul is an elected official (even if it is the state of Texas), I don't think Jim Jones was elected to anything, and therefore no vetting on the type of person he was. While I don't agree with everything Ron Paul says, I do agree with him more than any other Republican candidate out there. At least he realizes that the President's oath of office includes "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Something that none of the other candidates seem to realize. It just ashame when people throw disparaging remarks just because they don't agree with someone else's point of view. As for outsider_27, if we keep going the way we are we won't be able to afford Social Security or Medicaid in the very near future. It isn't the federal governments responsibility to make sure you have money when you retire, nor that you can pay a "fair" medical bill, that is your responsibility. Its the government's responsibility that those medical bills are fair and that your retirement funds are not overly burdened with taxes, when you aren't working. Walt, excellent job on the cartoon, looking forward to see more soon.

If our leaders are a reflection of the American people.....then we are at the very least - a lying, inept, corrupt, cynical, self-serving, secretive, fear based nation without any moral compass.
We all blinked and now we no longer have representational government. It's a fact political pollsters and media moguls control all our information that they package as "news". Americans are too consumed about who the next American Idol is than with how our national and international policies affect all people. While Rome burns our leaders "fiddle" and "we the people"....allow them to sell our decmocracy to the highest bidder or the one with the best ratings.

Liberte you left off "Bully"! And Americans are consumed with all sorts of idols most of whom don't deserve the ridiculous salaries: baseball, football, etc. It's all about the money. Because there is no power to the people.

ha ha

I nominate Daniel Quinn ... actually, I'd prefer his gorilla, but I'm thinking Quinn has a better chance.

Ray...NICE!! Flashfire, you and Ron make a cute couple. Liberte...You have truly identified the root of the problem. Though I tend to lean a little right, I am fed up with politicians on both side of the aisle. It is about self indulgence and "me" today. I am even more disturbed by the catering to the 2% political correct loudmouths that have somehow managed to sway laws that govern the remaining 98% of us! We may offend a few Muslims, illegals or even atheists but it is apparently okay to offend Christians. The general population fails to recognize the impact on this once great country by not getting involved in changing the politcs. It is called VOTING!

Interesting comments. Have any of you been checking out Mike Huckabee and his stand on the issues? He is not given much media coverage, because he hasn't sold out to the media, but with a bit of investigating you'll find him standing upon a very sincere and common sense platform. He, I believe, is a man who is living his morals and values. Seven years a governer of Arkansas. He comes across well in a debate forum. All of his answers just make sense. Check him out and read up on the fair tax he is proposing, if you've a mind to. There is a reason why he is close on Mitt Romneys heels, while only spending less than a tenth of the money on his campaign. Aren't you just a bit curious? I believe, www.fairtax.com will get you facts on his plan to eliminate the IRS without sacrificing Soc. Sec and Medicaid. Googling Mike Huckabee will get you his website. I love America. It's about time we stand up for her before it's too late.

There are some analyses available of the personality types that want to become involved in politics. Some personalities in the public arena are dark matter, not all; but there is an almost universal high level of ambition- which is not always a laudable thing. Personal motivations and philosophies are frequently hidden from view for obvious reasons. The era of soundbites will probably have a half life equal to other toxic substances. It is therefore beholden to each person to become informed through as many different outlets as possible- to blunt the effect of bias from each source; develop critical thinking skills to make coherent decisions.
The supposition that government should not/will not be there to provide for our retirement or other needs deserves further scrutiny. It is true, but not normally taught in Econ 101, that outcomes in any governmental system are due entirely to government policies. We have a governmental system that is strongly skewed to reward the already rewarded. The prime directive being the 'Golden Rule' -that is "They that have the gold make all the rules". I personally don't care for being treated like a peon, nor my small personal fortunes being plundered to enrich the wealthy. We are not to blame for this system, we are it's victims, and are- personally- largely powerless to change it. We can make small incremental changes against the powers that be, and then someone like "W" comes in and undoes a generation of work. And I would like to remind the readers that Clinton passed NAFTA and welfare reform, and we are not better off for it. We pay a higher total tax burden than Europeans or other modern governmental systems, but we have nothing to show for it. No health care, no secure retirements, no job creation policies, not the best schools, not the best of anything except Capitalist lifestyles. And I exclude Capitalists to the top 1%-3%, because they own 95% of all assets.
It is almost certainly- with about 90% or greater probability- that W was never elected by the American people. But was installed by a small number of people with access to the inner working of tabulation machines, and via other old fashioned methods of vote fraud. If you think otherwise you are ill informed. I will never trust the outcome of another election til we are back on paper ballots. He wanted to be a wartime President so he could get his agenda passed, and he has in large measure done just that. The rest has been noise.

I will have to go with the Dr.Ron Paul supporter,, he is far ahead with integrity, honesty, a record that proves it , statements that are actually intelligent,,Shockingly Ron Paul Actually answers questions with real answers !! And upholds the Constitution interprets it properly ,..The Constitution of the USA has been ignored and derided as an old piece of paper, not the spiritual/political genius guide that it is. Saying the Constitution is outmoded is like saying Beethoven's 5th is outmoded because it is not on the pop charts,
; Research folks ,, we have a chance this time. "Z"

Binksmom. You mentioned the need for voters to educate themselves and I could not agree more. I am gathering by your
comments about Bush and the election that you have a liberal bent. That is fine, but get your facts straight.

"access to inner workings of tabulation machines and via other old fashioned methods of vote fraud." I am not personally conversant with either, I can only assume that it would include the
shennanigans that the Dems used in Chicago in 60 to elect Kennedy. If you find yourself in total agreement with either party, Google Kool Aid. You may have been had and not be aware of it.

Finally, we are not the highest taxed country. Denmark's lowest tax rate is 42%, the highest 68%, a fact that I know because I have friends living there. I know the same is true of Sweden, and I am guessing France and Norway just to mention a few.

Are you wishing this was true or are you ill informed? I love to listen to both sides of any argument, but you can't just assume that people will accept things at face value. There is an old bromide "false in small things, false in all things."

When I read a comment and find something that I know to be false, I lose interest. You made a few good points but they are obscured by your need to let people know what side of the fence you are on. If you intend to use "facts" take the time to verify them.

Funny 'toon. Quick and to the point.

Politicians are rarely regarded as heroes (with few exceptions) since they are generally seen as celebrities. As such, their status is as fleeting as the whims of the voters. And none of them would take a bullet for us. They typically dodge bullets by telling the voters what they want to hear and not where they stand on many important issues. War, the economy, taxes and an affordable national health care plan seem to be at the top of the list for discussion but only in general terms. Obviously, no clear plan for any of those issues are possible because that would take many smart persons and many enduring months to effectively formulate. So there are no easy solutions to the most important issues during the campaign.

It's not until the 'winner' takes office that we, the voter, see the new leader's 'true colors' and leadership abilities unfold. Their loyalties, motives and game plan will finally be unveiled. If they don't live up to the majority's expectations, then it's too late to change until the next election.

I agree with "Z"
There is hope out there, no one pays attention- too busy with
Hell-ary ,Osama, no Obama; Guilty-liar-i, who are all the same ol same ol.I have had enough with lawyers/liars; flip floppping at the hint of new meat....
Unless you want to sell out to this same pile of dung for another 4longsuffering agonizing years: Google Ron Paul- listen to the truth for a change, get your head out of Reality tV.
You owe it to yourself to just listen to what he has said, and his official record.THAT speaks for itself. He takes no lobby money!
He actually believes in following the Constitution, nothing any other runner for this office or current inhabitant(cannot call King George anything else) has or will do.
Just do it -Google Ron Paul.
