very cute but very true. A sad time for this country.

That was great. I am glad they are listening. I have nothing to hide.

Sad, but that's only part of it. Get this:
The government of the State of Tennessee now has a law which makes it a felony, yes a felony, for a smoker to buy cigarettes outside the borders of the State and bring them home. To enforce that the State actually has vigilantes stationed at border crossings. Don't believe me ? Look it up.
WOW - is this a great country or what ?!

Maybe somebody should tap this idiots phone! Handlesman is truly an America Hatter.

Listen mister under man if you have nothing to hide why aren't using your name. Hiding?????

Under man, you may feel safe revealing your personal information, conversations and activities to governement employees, but that presumes we do not have a government with the power to initiate oppression. If our government ever gained the power to ably oppress YOU, your only defense would be to hide. Your argument has been used by countless corrupt governments and organizations to persecute and oppress those who oppose them. Don't think it couldn't happen here, our Constitution is abused daily. The suspension of Habeus Corpus regarding "enemy combatants" means you could be put in jail NOW and FOREVER for Googling "Al Queda" with no legal representation.

Only a mindless moron would fail to object to a large number of Bush policies. And, Sam Brown - since when does protesting errant government make you a poor American? I can imagine the twerp you would have been in 1770 as the colonies fomented rage against the King. "Why, you King haters!!!"

underman- John Hancock was the richest man in Boston, he could pay the taxes, but he knew it wasn't the right thing to do. From Tax. without Rep. to wiretapping, injustice is injustice

WOW these guys can hear me now. Now the whistleblowers look out. Whos the terrorist now! Their winning!

Just thought I should mention, a law similar to this one is being passed in Sweden on June 17. In some aspects it is even worse.
So the US is not alone, it's a world wide epidemic when we are quickly loosing our rights as free citizens. These are sad times indeed.
