Ever ride in a blimp? It's kind of like this. Imagine sitting in the backseat of your car, about 1,500-feet in the air and gently swaying back and forth like you are on a boat. Yet, it's not scary at all. Particularly with pilot Robert C, Harbuck at the helm. Newsday.com went up in the DirecTV blimp today for a look at Manhattan as well as the current and new Yankee Stadiums. The DirecTV blimp -- which covered the All Star Game, last year's World Series, the Daytona 500 and a lot more, is the only one of its kind with a huge video screen on the side. Here's something else you may not know. When landing, the ground crew literally rushes toward the blimp, grabs holds of some rope and gently secures the craft. They'll be back in our area again for the U.S. Open. -- CASSIDY
