Police beat: Car stolen from Walt Whitman Mall

  • A car was damaged by vandals yesterday on Garet Place and the navigation system was stolen.

    East Northport

  • A leaf blower was stolen yesterday from a trailer on Pulaski Road.

    Fort Salonga

  • A car was entered yesterday on Heights Road and a phone and iPod adapter were stolen.

    Greenlawn

  • A 1990 Mazda 929 was stolen today on Sinclair Drive.

    Halesite

  • A burglary was discovered yesterday at McGuckian Motors on New York Avenue. The police report said tires and rims were stolen.

    Huntington

  • A resident on Old Hickory Lane said vandals threw a brick at his car yesterday and broke a taillight.

    Huntington Station

  • The owner of a 1997 Volkswagen Jetta said it was stolen yesterday at the Walt Whitman Mall on Route 110.
