The bride earned a bachelor’s from Fordham University, a master’s from Columbia University and is a PhD candidate at Fordham.
The groom earned a bachelor’s from Johns Hopkins University and a PhD and an MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
They live in Manhattan.

The groom is the owner and operator of Old World Trading in Farmingdale and is the son of Noreen and Joseph Von Zwehl of Muttontown.
The bride earned a bachelor of science in business and psychology from Pace University.
The groom earned a master's in international business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
They live in Fort Salonga.

She is a travel consultant for Liberty Travel in Riverhead and is the daughter of Robert Rehling of Port Jefferson Station, formerly of Smithtown, and the late Constance Rehling.
The groom is an electrician for Local 25 IBEW in Hauppauge and is the son of Francine Kenney of Centereach and Darwin Kenney of Huntington.
The bride attended Suffolk County Community College. The groom attended the University at Albany.
