Salary set for Kennedy's wife
Leslie Kennedy, the wife of Suffolk County Legis. John M. Kennedy, Jr. (R-Nesconset), will earn $30,934 a year working part-time as an aide in his district office, according to Presiding Officer William Lindsay's office.
Kennedy, who had said his wife is "more than qualified," said he plans to send her as his representative to functions he is unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts.
