GOP to Obama: Don't do what we do, or you're evil?

Today, the RNC attacks Obama for having a Muslim outreach coordinator who attended a meeting that was also attended by one Nihad Awad, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations who the government has identifed as having ties to Hamas.

This supposedly bad guy who Obama had two-degrees of separation from is pictured at left, standing to the left of ...... President George W. Bush? (Via Political Punch).

Yesterday, the RNC's independent expenditure arm put out a hard hitting new ad called "Chicago Way," tying Obama to fixer Tony Rezko, ex-radical William Ayers, and William Daley, scion of the Daley political machine that still runs Chicago and a former commerce secretary under Clinton.

Daley is pictured at right with ..... John McCain?

Finally, to make a threesome out of it, there are John McCain's continuing attacks on Obama for having the supposed bad judgment to be acquainted with Bill Ayers, who once was part of the radical Weather Underground during the Vietnam anti-war movement. But here's what McCain said in a recent magazine interview about a (less violent) wing of the ant-war movement, the Students for a Democratic Society:

"My life has been characterized by reconciliation and healing, whether it was becoming best friends with the head of the antiwar group Students for a Democratic Society during the Vietnam War or having Jerry Falwell come into my office and say, "I want to put our differences behind us." So if that's a personal failing—reconciling with people who were previously on the other side—sure, I'm guilty."

Somehow, he seems more tolerant of his own reconciliations than he does of Obama's, doesn't he?

The night of the fight, you may feel a slight sting. That's pride f*cking with you. F*ck pride. Pride only hurts, it never helps.
