Steve Israel: NY pols gone wild!!!
Apparently, there was quite a scrum in the NY delegation yesterday as the pols jostled for position when the cameras of the world focused on Hillary Clinton in the middle of the group, calling for Obama to be nominated by acclamation.
Our man Janison, on the scene in Denver, gets this account from LI Rep. Steve Israel:
"I feel like I played four quarters of a Giants game. I am black and blue from head to toe, from being mashed between Sen. Schumer and Sen. Clinton and a bunch of other New York politicians."
