Lake County: Gary surprise?

garyindiana

Lake County population 400,000. Biggest city: Gary (left). 100,000 population. Gary is 84 percent black.

Gary mayor Rudy Clay, an Obama supporter, says there could be a big surprise:

"Let me tell you, when all the votes are counted, when Gary comes in, I think you're looking at something for the world to see. I don't know what the numbers are yet, but Gary has absolutely produced in large numbers for Obama here."

Much suspicion floating around about the fact that the votes have been held back.

There are also about 6000 votes still out in Monroe County. Bloomington is a college town. Obama has won it 2-1 so far.
