
Ex-Clinton DNC chair, superdelegate and Indianan Joe Andrew, on an Obama conference call explaining his switch from Hillary to Obama, suggests an interesting ticket:
Obama/Bayh.
Andrew is a big Bayh supporter. Bayh is a big Hillary supporter. Bayh is popular in Indiana.
Andrew hits the gas tax hard: "It's important to point out when someone is pandering as opposed to acting on principle."
Also, pretty clear on who he thinks has been more negative: "I assume that the primary process -- primarily because of the actions of one candidate, my former candidate -- is going to make it harder for us in the fall."
