We posted an item yesterday raising questions about whether Hillary Clinton could, as she claims, have known nothing about the pending clemency application of an imprisoned Weather Underground radical linked to killing two Nyack cops that got press and political attention in NY while she was running for the Senate here in the fall of 2000.
Clinton has been trying to score points by raising questions about Obama's acquaintance with another ex-Weatherman in Chicago. She says she knew nothing about the clemency appeal of Susan Rosenberg, linked to the 1981 Brinks robbery in Rockland County, and had "no opinion" about it when Bill Clinton went ahead and commuted Rosenberg's sentence on his last day in office in 2001.
We ran across an interesting postscript today. The clemency was badly received on the home turf of the two cops. And it turned out that Hillary didn't set foot in Rockland County again for a full two years after taking office as NY senator. When she finally did come to an event in 2003, the local paper noted the two-year lapse from the freshman senator:
"While Sen. Charles Schumer made eight visits to Rockland, some thought Clinton might be staying away because of possible flak over" another controversial pardon and "the clemency granted to Susan Rosenberg."
Two years? Pretty sensitive for someone who didn't know anything about it and had no opinion. Clinton's staff, however, said that it wasn't sensitivity at all -- it was "just a matter of scheduling that kept her from crossing the Tappan Zee to visit here."

According to this WorldNet Daily article , "Rosenberg Pardon a Fraud" it was Rep. Jerry Nadler who went to Bill Clinton to ask for the pardon. This article also states that he was 'campaigning hard "for Hillary at the same time.
Keep digging, guys !''

Hillary Soprano Sees no Pardon,Hears no Pardon and "MISSPEAKS" no Pardon.
The World of Hillary Soprano is a world of "MISSPEAKING"
The Riley Factor: Hillary can never do any good, Barrack can never do any bad, screw fair and balanced! I'm still waiting for you to honestly rename ths blog the "Anti-Hillary Spin Cycle". You have an agenda, Riley, and it has nothing to do with journalism. How do the other columnists justify their names being associated with this partisan propaganda?
I say, keep digging Riley ! And I would ask Jerry Nadler about his talks with Hillary about the pardons. He was working on her Senate campaign AND he was the one who asked Bill Clinton for the pardons.
From a New York Post story January 23, 2001 called "Nadler, Rabbi Behind Pardon for 81 Brinks Slay Suspect"
note last line:
Clinton, heavily criticized for the 11th-hour pardon, yesterday refused to comment.
"I'm out of office now. I'm not talking anymore," he told reporters.
His wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, also sidestepped the issue, saying it was up to her husband to explain the pardons.

If you really want to get to the bottom of this, I suggest you guys contact Jerry Nadler.
As a PA resident I can assure you that it would not have mattered what Osama said or did- working class whites would not fall for his kool aid.
Blacks are unable to manage executive positions and it would be a mistake to elect a black to the presidency.
If Osama gets the democratic nomination, rest assured, many whites in the democratic party will vote for McCain. Therefore the DNC had better think that over before giving him the nomination over an experience, intelligent woman like Hilllary.
