It turns that Hillary favors a military buildup on Guam, which would help the economy.
And she favors compensation for wartime suffering of native Guamians.
And she favors Guamians being able to vote in US presidential elections.
What a wonderfully happy coincidence!
She turns out to favor at least three special things that Guamians want just as Guamians vote. Apparently, the Ethanol Effect operates in Pacific time zones....
