The Smoking Gun website here has a copy of the affidavit involving Client 9:
" 'Kristen' spoke with a Emperors Club booker, who said that she had been told that Client-9 'would ask you to do things that, like, you might not think were safe...' 'Kristen' responded by saying, essentially, that she could handle guys like that."
Affidavit also says Client 9 -- reportedly Spitzer, but nowhere stated in the affidavit -- insisted on paying with a mail deposit; that prostitute "Kristen" did travel interstate, from NY to DC; Client 9 "would not do traditional wire transferring;" Client 9 had no return address on money envelope; Client 9 said "same as in the past" when setting up the date.
