Is it possible to over-promote Elton John?

Is it possible to over promote an Elton John concert?

ABC's blog thinks that Hillary Clinton is testing the limits with a constant flow of ticket promos, contests, donation pitches, etc. etc.

But the Clinton campaign says the answer is: No, it is not possible to over-promote an Elton John concert.
