The exit polls say Hillary finished very strong in Ohio and Texas.
Texas exits, here, say she won 55-45 among those who decided today, and 69-31 (!!!!) among those who decided in the last three days. In Ohio, 59-41 and 52-46 in the same time frames. In both states, about 21 percent of voters say they decided in the last few days.
Why? Well, there are indications Obama won the early voting big, so that's a percent that doesn't get captured in the exit polls.
But the obvious answers for the strong Hillary close? Her 3 am fear ad in Texas, the NAFTA fiasco in Ohio, the success of the Clinton campaign in turning the start of the Rezko trial into a news trial.
And, relatedly: In Ohio 26 percent of voters blamed Hillary alone for unfair attacks, compared to only 7 percent who blamed Obama alone. In Texas, likewise: 24 percent of voters blamed Hillary, only 7 percent blamed Obama. Overall, 52 percent thought she attacked unfairly, while 43 percent didn't.
So, tie it together: Most Democrats thought she attacked unfairly, but she did move votes. Which, in the end, is what negative campaigning is all about -- it hurts you, but it hurts the other guy more.

Looks like Hillary must have hired Karl Rove to help her campaign, as you can see when the chips are down she is like all the other good ole boys, cronies of the republican ilk. Too bad for this country- looks like 8 more years of repression by the republicans who know they can beat her because of her dumpster full of garbage.
