Post-Texas spin: HRC channels WJC?
After last night's Dem debate in Texas, Clinton's campaign singled out the New York senator's response to final question as the debate's decisive moment, when she "retook the reins" of the race.
"The close was a real moment of emotional connection between her, the audience and millions of people at home," said her strategist Mark Penn. "I thought She just really explained why she's doing this, why it's so important, why she's not going to rest until she gets every single American covered."
Obama's campaign conceded that the Clinton's closing remark was strong, but said the words – that her own sufferings were nothing compared to those of struggling Americans -- were not her own.
"That was of course a direct lift from a Bill Clinton campaign commercial in 1992," said Obama aide David Axelrod. "That's fine. We're not going to castigate her for taking a line out of her husband's campaign commercial. It was a good line then it was a good line now."

I really believe that Obama was superior to Hillary on all points: emotionally and mentally. At the very end, however, Hillary (a consumate actress from years in the White House and Scandal) put on another Staged Performance, borrowing lines from Edwards and her Husband to emotionally sway the people to think that, that is the real Hillary coming through. The real Hillary is the one who, time after time, after Obama wins a primary or caucus, comes out on stage and does not Congratulate him at all. THAT IS THE REAL HILLARY!
