If the applause at a state Democratic dinner Saturday night was a barometer, Barack Obama would trounce Hillary Clinton 8-0 in Tuesday’s Wisconsin primary.
Speaking back-to-back to a ballroom full of party VIPS and activists at the swanky Founder's Day dinner here, Clinton received hearty applause, while Obama received eight standing ovations.
Each took a few swipes at the other.
“What I’m interested in is not just change for the sake of change, but progress,” Clinton said of her rival, whose slogans include “Change we can believe in.”
“John F. Kennedy didn’t look at the moon and say, ‘That’s too far, false hope, reality check,’” Obama shot back, in reference to Clinton’s suggestions his aspirations are naïve.

Poor HILLARY SOPRANO she still has HOPE in BILL that he will pull it out for her. Hillary Soprano does not see the TREES in the YELLOW FOREST. She is blind to the fact that she is going to lose. She still has faith in ICKES the FIXER, he is doing his best to TWIST THOSE ARMS, Her 'MUNCHKIN RAISERS" are calling but keep getting put on HOLD. Ann "Hissy Fits" Coulter (www.AnnHissyFitsCoulter.com)and the BIMBOS OF THE RIGHT (www.BimbosOfTheRight.com) are doing their BEST. But as we all know IN THE END THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE WHO WAS PRESIDENT NOT TWO.
YES WISCONSIN ITS BILLLLLLLL. Not HILLARY SOPRANO

The truth of this debate over words is that Words do Matter and Words are not Cheap, as Clinton tries to insinuate and would have us to believe. Without words there would be no great books or poetry, and she herself said in her autobiography that she was inspired by the words of Martin Luther King to a life of service. So why is she is trying to not-so-cleverly put a damper on Obama's speech making ability, the ability to inspire a Generation of People.
In her own recent speeches, she is trying to emulate Barack's words -- cleverly trying to weave and incorporate their meaning in her own stump speeches. Yes we Will, she says. We can do this, she says. Words cleverly twisted and speckled with Barack's oratorical skill, so words obviously do matter. And that chant of hers, Yes we Will, is a pitiful immitation of Yes we Can and it sounds just that.
If they want to win, they are barking up the wrong tree. America has moved on, America is growing up, something the Clintons have not caught on too. And because Duval and Barack are such good freinds it could be that Barack gave Duval the lines two years ago for his speech, so what does it matter? The truth is Words do Matter. And, she talks about Let's get Real, well Reality is Words Do Matter and Words are not Cheap! So let's Get Real On That!
What nerve Obama has alluding to Kennedy and his inspirational "to the Moon" message. Obama's education plan call's for gutting NASA's budget and postponing the Constellation (Space Shuttle Replacement) program for five years.
With apologies to Star Trek, Senator Obama's motto might be, "To boldly go NOWHERE..."
