Yesterday, we noted (along with many others) that Hillary was suddenly using the phrase "fired up," just like Obama. And "ready to go," just like Obama. And she suddenly had the audacity of "hope," just like Obama.
Well, it continues. Let's just say that if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then everyone in the Clinton camp must be planning to vote for Obama, because they sure seem fond of plagiarizing his rhetoric. In the Hardball video below, Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson, unable to come up with an original metaphor for the Iowa caucuses, steals Obama's, and gets called on it by host Chris Matthews.
Is this coincidence? Cute? Pathetic?
