Questioned about his opposition to VLTs at Belmont, which are supported by Nassau exec Tom Suozzi and Republican Senate boss Joe Bruno, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver came up with this fine put down, via Capitol Confidential:
"Silver found it remarkable that Bruno was following the advice of Suozzi, but said the senator was twisting the facts because Suozzi is particularly interested in getting a cut of the VLT revenues. 'Is Tom Suozzi his new Roger Stone, his advisor on matters of state government?' "
Stone, of course, being the arguably wacko GOP political consultant hired by Bruno to make hay out of Troopergate, before he allegedly made a strange late-night call to Eliot Spitzer's father and was let go by Bruno.

GOP Consultant Roger Stone is "argualby wacko" ?
Spitzer threatens to steamroller opponents, threatens to cut off a State Senators head, call Bruno a senile piece of sh*t, appoints a racist to head the MTA, uses the State Police to spy on his opponents and you call Stone nuts?
Spitzer is guy who is arguably wacko and Stone brought him down.
