The other big Hillary news of the weekend was, of course, Bill Clinton's extended complaint-fest about the press and Obama on the Charlie Rose show.
Merits aside, and his apparent incapacity to avoid talking an awful lot about himself aside, and tactical questions about whether another heavy-handed negative attack just days after the drug-smear apology aside, the question here is whether such a big dose of Bill is healthy. Don't all the Bill-to-the-rescue stories erode the carefully cultivated image that Hillary is tough, confident and in charge, and replace it with a slightly weaker stereotype?
