Rudy's half-filled room

Rudy Giuliani's speech in Tampa, Fla., on Saturday morning was supposed to re-energize his campaign as it heads for the primaries in a couple of weeks. But as this photo we snapped at the start of Giuliani's appearance in Ballroom A at the Tampa Convention Center shows, he was preaching to a half-filled room.
The reason for the less-than-expected turnout could be because (a) it was a hastily thrown together last minute event; (b) holiday shopping trumped politics; (c) too nice a day - temperatures in the upper 70s - to stay inside; (d) a sign that Giuliani's star power is dimming; or (e) some combination of the above.
