Here's the video of Pat Robertson endorsing Rudy today because he'll protect us from terrorism.
But let's not lose track of the fact that this is the same Pat Robertson who back in 2001 sat with Jerry Falwell and agreed that Sept. 11 was the result of God lifting his protection from the U.S. because of the depravities of abortionists, the ACLU etc. (video here). So does this now mean that Robertson has decided that God wants a pro-choice Republican to be the country's new protector?

Robertson has not been a major evangelical force for years. This gives him a headline and will further erode his influence.
Can you think of any political news story in recent memory that quotes Robertson because he is influential?
Dobson, Hagee, etc. have replaced him and they CLEARLY are the key players....and they have said NO to Rudy already.
The Liberal Out of Touch, New York Papers will play this story, but in GOP National level it CLEARLY is a joke.
