Mike Bloomberg, fresh from his I'm-not-a-candidate-for-president Newsweek cover does a similar TV turn on MSNBC:
"I'm not a candidate for president. But I will say that I'm tired, and I think the American public is tired of Congress being split down the middle. And this partisanship that's just frozen them. And it keeps them from going after the big issues and coming up with concrete solutions."
