Rudy, his man, and a Texan's charge of theft

Sometimes there seems to be a wonderful balance, if not symmetry, to the Clinton and Giuliani story lines. Only days after questions are raised about her top campaign adviser's company representing the controversial Blackwater entity, Politico's Ben Smith is first out of the gate with this story about a Texas bidness-man's lawsuit against Giuliani's law firm and a close friend and partner of the former mayor, Kenneth Caruso. The plaintiff claims Caruso, the firm and others "schemed and conspired to steal $10 million." Defendants have moved to dismiss.
