Rudy has a Dream (About Two Planes)
In a (scripted?) stream of consciousness riff this morning Rudy Giuliani eerily recounted a "dream" that bears an uncanny resemblance to Sept. 11 – while neatly encapsulating his Democrats-are-Socialists talking point.
"I have this recurring dream – I hope there are no psychiatrists in the audience… but I’ve had it five times," Giuliani told the Club for Growth in DC.
The former mayor said he dreamt that conservative French President Nicolas Sarkozy was in a jet headed east to the U.S. when "this other plane almost hits his plane head on – they come this close," Giuliani said, holding his hands a few inches apart.
When Sarkozy peers into the window of the other jet he sees Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards and waves politely.
"He’s headed to the U.S to pick up all these American principles, a free economy… and they’re going to France to figure out how to bring all the principles that failed in France to the U.S.
To sleep, perchance to politic...

UPDATE: We are told Rudy has told this one a half-dozen times to fiscal conservative groups.

"Two Planes"....
Tell me something, does this guy not sound more sick every time he speaks. Scarey using "Two Planes" in a joke. This with along other references from his past comments.
I tell you again. The NRA, Social Conservatives, Catholic Church comments two weeks ago are making waves within the GOP Leadership.
Rudy goes nowhere other then back to his firm with many contracts from around the nation.

In the Bible Belt, Gun Belts and Heartland.
If Giuliani some how manages to win the presidency, I may very well have to rethink my purpose on earth and whether or not my sanity is still intact. And why does he think that he owns the intellectual copyrights to 9/11 ? He wasn't the only one there. He isn't the only person who helped and if he continues to use it to help bolster his campaign I think the city of New York should sue him for using us for his own political gains.

Giuliani rarely talks about a very real recurring dream that he has, except to some close closeted friends of his. Giuliani relates that this recurring dream has him waking in a terrible sweat. Dreaming that he is at a private party, wearing a blue dress, with Bill Clinton. And, after an argument flees from the party and gets a ride home with Ted Kenedy...
