The Clintons will he rallying with Charlie Rangel in Harlem tomorrow, but they won't be announcing support for his controversial trillion-dollar tax reform plan.
Says Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson: “We welcome the chairman’s leadership and will be studying his proposal closely.”
