While his lucrative representation of OxyContin makers was stirring some attention in Washington D.C., Giuliani unveiled a health insurance plan that closely resembled a Bush proposal that ended up DOA, Craig Gordon reports.
But the candidate did draw the benefit of his poignant, heart-felt soundbites on the location of the 9-11 memorial ceremony, which of course trumps the other stuff for attention --especially when he's implicitly criticizing his possibly-rivalrous successor as mayor.
