John Edwards, and maybe Democrats generally, seem to think they're scoring points on Giuliani's verbal overreach about his role at the WTC recovery site. More immediately the question is whether the potentially rising Republican Romney makes a move on this.

The truth about Rudy and 9/11 is that he was scared to death sitting in a bunker with his police escort. Now contrast that with President Bush who was also hiding and we have two so called leaders both of whom are not really very brave. Instead lets elect one of the fireman or cops who stayed above ground and were the real heros that day. Giulinai did come out of hiding sooner than the president but I wouldn't follow either one anywhere. Why can't we find a real leader instead of a media manufactured loser. The only real leader is McCain who the media constantly down play but he is the only man of substance in this race.
Rudy is through or soon will be in this race for the Presidency.
Although he has furthered his name recognition to the rest of the country. The worst is yet to come with the "Opposition Researchers" doing their homework.
No contest, Unless there is another fight for the heart and soul of the GOP Party ......Liberal Wing -Vs- the Conservative Wing .....AKA Reagan -Vs- GH Bush (Rockefella Republicans) in the 80's...Which I do not see happening as it is proven over and over again that you need base vote to make thing s happen in national politics.
Don't cry for Rudy....Rudy has made many of corporate connections on his travels across America. When all is said and done, he will come out on top in the corporate world with proceeds for his company in the private sector.
